The deadline for the <br /> September planning commission meeting is Wednesday, August 21St at Noon. Our phone conversation can serve as the <br /> pre-application meeting unless you have additional questions for staff. <br /> The variance application fee is$700 and is non-refundable. Typically variances requested after a structure is <br /> constructed requires a double fee. Staff does not have the ability to waive this...therefore a $1,400 fee will be required <br /> at the time of your application. Please note, it is unlikely that you will receive staff recommendation for approval. <br /> The fence can remain as-is until the council has made their final decision.
