b. When work is substantially completed and accepted the Architect will supply the <br /> Contractor with a Letter of Accepted Completion which may contain provisions <br /> the Architect deems necessary to correct. <br /> E. Contract Closeout Submittals: <br /> 1. Project Record Documents. <br /> 2. Plant maintenance manual. <br /> F. Warranty: <br /> 1. Warranty all plants for a period of one year after date of accepted completion against <br /> defects including death and unsatisfactory growth. <br /> 2. Remove and replace any plant found to be dead or in the opinion of the Architect <br /> unhealthy or of unsatisfactory growth or form during guarantee period. <br /> 3. Make replacement during accepted planting season. <br /> 4. Each replacement is covered by a one-year warranty from date of installation and is <br /> itself subject to replacement. <br /> 5. Keep all plants upright and plumb during guarantee period. <br /> 1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Utilize equipment of proper size and in good working condition to prosecute the work to <br /> full completion in a satisfactory manner. <br /> B. Utilize experienced personnel familiar with the equipment, methods and procedures for <br /> the job. <br /> 1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> A. Packaged Products: <br /> 1. Deliver packaged products in original containers showing product name,weight, <br /> analysis, instructions for use and name of manufacturer. <br /> 2. Protect products from deterioration during delivery and storage on site. <br /> B. Planting Soils: <br /> 1.
