The materials,construction requirements,pipe laying operations,service installation, <br /> connections,hydrant setting,disinfection,restoration,interruption,operational inspection, <br /> conductivity and leakage tests shall conform fully to Watermain and Service Line <br /> Installation Specifications as prepared by the City Engineers Association of Minnesota, <br /> and Supplemental Specifications thereto per the City of Orono,Minnesota. <br /> B. The water utility contractor shall secure a copy of the aforementioned specification from <br /> the league of Minnesota Cities, St.Paul,Minnesota.
