Related Sections: <br /> 1. Section 02200-Earthwork. <br /> 2. Division 15---Plumbing. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> 2.1 MATERIALS <br /> A. Underfloor Drainpipe: Shall be perforated corrugated"Heavy duty"polyethylene drain <br /> pipe and fittings in accordance with the requirements of ASTM F405. The drainpipe shall <br /> be furnished with a geotextile sock filter material meeting the criteria for Geotextile filter <br /> fabric noted below. <br /> B. Drainpipe filter aggregate: Shall meet ASTM C33 Concrete aggregates for a size number <br /> 8, 3/8" minus material <br /> PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 INSTALLATION <br /> A. Excavate to provide a minimum 6" clear distance around the drain pipe and as required to <br /> hydraulically connect the"drainage zone"material(section 02200)to the foundation <br /> drainpipe. <br /> B. Underfloor Drainpipe: Place a 4"minimum thickness of filter aggregate in the bottom of <br /> the excavation to obtain the invert grades shown on the foundation plan. Compact this <br /> material with a vibratory compactor.Place the drainpipe with sock in the prepared filter <br /> aggregate material to layout and invert elevations shown on drawings.Backfill additional <br /> filter agagregate above the drainpipe cushion layer, as required to maintain contact <br /> between the filter aggregate material and granular <br /> ADDENDUM#1 <br /> 1607.001 -ORONO ICE ARENA(CP-2) Page 02710- 1 <br />
