Submittals shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Division 1 and this <br /> Section. <br /> B. Testing Agency: <br /> 1. Test reports for suitability of in-place soil. <br /> 2. Test reports for suitability of fill and backfill material, including granular borrow. <br /> 3. Test reports for compaction of fill. <br /> 4. Record of measurements of quantities for payment, if applicable <br /> 5. Written Report that summarize field observations, method and operations, and <br /> includes test reports when applicable. If pumping provisions are required to keep <br /> excavations free of ground water, estimate pumping quantities and include this <br /> information in the report. <br /> 1.5 UNIT PRICES <br /> A.
