Should the Council Memo be reformatted? <br />Paperless Agendas: <br />Previous Discussion Notes for Paperless Agenda Packets: <br />Tablets would provide several advantages: <br />a. Environmentally friendly — the growing trend is to "go green" by adopting Earth - <br />friendly behaviors, policies, and technologies <br />b. Saves time and expense of copying and delivery <br />c. Easily accessible - available electronically from anywhere there is Wi-Fi access. <br />Access to previous meeting agendas, as well as other documents such as the City <br />Code or Comp Plan, could be stored locally. <br />2.
