b. Clearances for servicing and maintaining equipment, including tube removal, filter removal, and space <br /> for equipment disassembly required for periodic maintenance. <br /> c. Equipment connections and support details. <br /> d. Exterior wall and foundation penetrations. <br /> e. Fire-rated wall and floor penetrations. <br /> f. Sizes and locations of required concrete pads and bases. <br /> g. Valve stem movement. <br /> h. Dimensional locations of pipe sleeves passing through floor/roof slabs. <br /> 2. Indicate scheduling, sequencing, movement, and positioning of large equipment into the building during <br /> construction. <br /> 3. Prepare floor plans, elevations, and details to indicate penetrations in floors, walls, and ceilings and their <br /> relationship to other penetrations and installations. Indicate location of sleeves,elements of fire and/or smoke <br /> resistive construction,and provide details of fire stopping and sealing methods for penetrations. <br /> 4. Prepare reflected ceiling plans to coordinate and integrate installations, air outlets and inlets, light fixtures, <br /> communication systems components,sprinklers,and other ceiling-mounted items. <br /> 3.05 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> A. Prepare record documents in accordance with the requirements in Division 1 Section"Project Record Documents." <br /> In addition to the requirements specified in Division 1, refer to specific sections for additional record <br /> documentation. <br /> 3.06 MAINTENANCE MANUALS <br /> A. Prepare maintenance manuals in accordance with Division 1 Section"Operating,Maintenance,and Warranty Data". <br /> Submit copies for review by Architect/Engineer. In addition to the requirements specified in Division 1,include the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. Descriptive summary of fimction,normal system operating characteristics and limitations,performance curves, <br /> engineering data and tests,and complete nomenclature and commercial numbers of replacement parts. <br /> 2. Manufacturer's printed operating procedures to include start-up, break-in, and routine and normal operating <br /> instructions; regulation, control, stopping, shutdown, and emergency instructions; and summer and winter <br /> operating instructions. <br /> 3. Maintenance procedures for routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting; disassembly, repair, and <br /> reassembly;aligning and adjusting instructions. <br /> 4. Servicing instructions and lubrication charts and schedules., <br /> 5. Warranty information for all mechanical items shall be included in one tabbed section. <br /> 6. Provide a separate tabbed section including a comprehensive maintenance planning calendar, indicating all <br /> required scheduled maintenance tasks for a period of three years. Clearly list predicted dates for each task <br /> with a brief description of work involved. <br /> Note: This calendar will be used by Section 15970 contractor to program "Timely Maintenance Reminder" <br /> software. <br /> 15010-4 No.99132-CP2 <br />
