DIVISION 1 <br /> GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ' <br /> 01710 - CLEANING UP <br /> 2. MATERIALS <br /> A. Cleaning Agents: Use cleaning materials and agents recommended by the <br /> manufacturer or fabricator of the surface to be cleaned. Do not use cleaning <br /> agents that are potentially hazardous to health or property, or that might <br /> damage finished surfaces. <br /> 3. DURING CONSTRUCTION <br /> A. Oversee cleaning and ensure that building and grounds are maintained free <br /> from accumulation of waste and rubbish. <br /> 1. Special attention shall be given to cleaning up the site of debris, waste and <br /> rubbish. The Owner is extremely concerned over items left in the open <br /> that can be thrown through windows. <br /> B. Sprinkle dusty debris with water. <br /> C. At reasonable intervals, minimum once a week, clean up site and access and <br /> dispose of debris. <br /> D. Provide metal containers for collection of debris. r <br /> E. Remove debris from site. Legally dispose of off Owner's site. ■ <br /> F. Vacuum interior areas when ready for painting. <br /> G. Handle waste materials in a controlled manner. Do not drop or throw <br /> materials from heights. <br /> H.
