Consent of surety to final payment of Consent of Surety Company to Final <br /> Payment,AIA Document G707, (most recent edition of form). <br /> ' 6. Affidavit for obtaining final settlement of Contract with the State of <br /> Minnesota and any of its Political of Governmental Subdivisions, <br /> Department of Revenue Form IC-134. <br /> ' T. Evidence of Compliance with requirements of governing,authorities: <br /> ' a. Certificate of Inspection from all required agencies <br /> and departments. <br /> b. Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 8. Project Record Documents <br /> 9. Operating and Maintenance Data,Instructions to Owner's Personnel <br /> ' 10.
