DIVISION 0 <br /> CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 00800-SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> Comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance including <br /> ' owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, fellow employee exclusions should <br /> be deleted, with combined single limits of$1,000,000.00. <br /> ' D. The coverage limits required by Paragraphs (B) and (C) above may be <br /> achieved by the use of an Umbrella Excess Liability Policy. This Additional Insured status must be reflected on the <br /> ' Contractor's and Subcontractor's Certificate of Insurance to Construction <br /> Manager and the Owner. <br /> ALL insurance shall contain a provision that coverages afforded under gny of <br /> the aforesaid, insurance policies shall.not.be canceled or materially changed <br /> without at least sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice to Construction <br /> Manager, and the Owner on all "Accord" form certificates of insurance, the <br /> words "endeavor to" and the remaining words beginning with "but failure to" <br /> will be stricken from the cancellation notice provision. <br /> ' All aforesaid insurance policies shall be underwritten with responsible insurance <br /> carriers with Best's Ratings of not less than A 10 and otherwise satisfactory to <br /> ' Construction Manager and the Owner and licensed to provide insurance in the <br /> state in which the Project is located.
