DIVISION 0 <br /> CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT ' <br /> 00800 -SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS ' <br /> Subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor or <br /> Subcontractor or by anyone for whose acts Contractor or Subcontractor may be <br /> liable. Insurance shall be purchased from a company licensed to do business in <br /> the state where the Project is located, and shall be written for not less than the <br /> limits of liability specified below or required by law, whichever is greater. The , <br /> types of claims, required coverages and minimum limits of liability are as <br /> follows: <br /> A. Claims under the Contract or Subcontractor's Worker's Compensation, , <br /> disability benefit and other similar employee benefits acts: claims for <br /> damages because of bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease or ' <br /> death of employees. Insurance coverages shall include: <br /> Statutory Workers'Compensation,including Employer's Liability <br /> with a minimum limit of $500,000.00 for each employee, $500,000.00 , <br /> disease each employee, and$500,000.00 disease policy limit. <br /> B. Claims for damages because of bodily injury, occupational sickness or ' <br /> disease, or death,by any person other than employees; Claims for personal <br /> injuries which are sustained (1) by any person as a result of an act or <br /> omission directly or indirectly related to the employment of such person by , <br /> the Contractor or Subcontractor, or (2) any other person; Claims for <br /> damages other than to the Work itself, because of injury to or destruction <br /> of tangible property including loss of use resulting therefrom. Insurance ' <br /> coverages shall include: <br /> Premise-Operations <br /> Products-Completed Operations , <br /> Blanket Contractual-As will cover the provisions of the Contract <br /> or Subcontract, including but not limited to any indemnity <br /> provision. ' <br /> Broad Form Property Damage <br /> Personal Injury <br /> Blanket Explosion, Collapse and Underground Property Damage ' <br /> Operations of Independent Contractors <br /> Policy Limits: General Aggregate $2,000,000.00 <br /> Products/Completed ' <br /> Operations Aggregate $2,000,000.00 <br /> Personal Injury $1,000,000.00 <br /> Each Occurrence $1,000,000.00 <br /> Fire Damage $ 50,000.00 <br /> Medical Expense Any One Person $ 5,000.00 <br /> C.
