DIVISION 0 <br /> ' CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 00800-SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> submit an itemized list of quantities with the applicable unit costs and extended <br /> price for each, in such form and detail as required by the Construction Manager/ <br /> Architect. <br /> ' 1 As a minimum the detailed breakdown shall include and indicate the items <br /> enumerated below. Items (a) and (b) constitute the cost of labor, and items <br /> (a), (b), (c) and (d) constitute the basic costs referred to under this Article 7. <br /> ' (a) Labor costs, itemized by each trade involved, showing the hourly rates <br /> for each, and the hours required for the change. Labor rates shall be <br /> ' the same for extra and credit computations and shall be the actual rate <br /> paid workmen in accordance with established management labor <br /> agreement. <br /> (b) Burden on labor, which shall be only the actual costs of mandatory <br /> fringe benefits required by established agreements, taxes on labor, <br /> ' worker's or workmen's compensation, insurance on labor as affected by <br /> payroll, unemployment taxes and insurance, including FICA and <br /> FUTA. <br /> (c) Quantities of materials, equipment and supplies, at their actual cost, <br /> with unit costs indicated. <br /> ' (d) The cost of subcontracted work, computed in the same way as <br /> provided for under this Subparagraph 7.1.5. <br /> (e) Overhead,profit or commission. <br /> (f) Applicable sales tax on materials, added after the above computations <br /> are complete. <br /> .2 The maximum that will be allowed for overhead and profit, or commission, <br /> shall be as,follows,.expressed as a percentage of the basic cost of the change. <br /> The maximum allowable percentages for profit, overhead and commission <br /> may be less, depending on the nature, extent or complexity of the change, <br /> where the percentage is not commensurate with the responsibility and <br /> administration involved (such as the Contractor merely processing a <br /> ' substantial Change Order to a Subcontractor) but in no event shall they <br /> exceed the following: <br /> 1 <br /> EXISTING ORONO MIDDLE SCHOOL-NEW MEDIA CENTER SECTION 00800- 11 <br /> BID PACKAGE 1: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION,MECHANICAL&ELECTRICAL <br />
