DIVISION 0 <br /> CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT <br /> 00800-SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 3.7.2 Add to Subparagraph: In any instance where requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents are in excess of, but not in conflict with or violation of requirements <br /> of a public authority,the provisions of the Contract Documents shall govern. <br /> 3.8 Allowances <br /> 3.8.2.2 At the end of Clause add: except where installation is specified as part of the <br /> ' allowance in the General Requirements (Division 1 of the Specifications). <br /> 3.8.2.5 Add Clause: The supplier or Subcontractor for an allowance item is subject to <br /> acceptance of the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager; and the <br /> Contractor's Purchase Order or Subcontract Agreement shall bind the supplier or <br /> Subcontractor to the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> 3.11 Documents and Samples at the Site <br /> 3.11.1 In the fifth line between the words "addition" and "Shop Drawings" change the <br /> word "approved" to "accepted". Before the last full sentence of the paragraph, <br /> insert the following: "The record documents shall be a separate set of <br /> documents used only for record purposes and kept clean and undamaged." <br /> 3.12 Shop Drawings,Product Data and Samples <br /> ' 3.12.6 In the fourth, and last lines,change the word "approved" to "accepted". <br /> ' 3.12.8 In the third and last lines, change the word "approval" to "acceptance". <br /> 3.13 Use of Site <br /> ' 3.13.3 Add Subparagraph: The Contractor shall return all improvements on or about <br /> the site, streets and adjacent property which are not shown to be altered, <br /> removed or otherwise changed, to the conditions which existed previously. The <br /> Contractor shall protect existing structured or other features.from damage,by <br /> any operation in connection with this Contract. <br /> 3.13.4 Add Subparagraph: Utilities or other services which are shown, or not shown <br /> but encountered or otherwise found, shall be protected by the Contractor from <br /> ' any damage from excavation or other work and operations of this Contract, <br /> unless or until they are abandoned.
