The project will need to stop immediately until this can be reconciled. <br /> The building permit 2017-01424 has a higher roof by 2 feet compared to the approved variances given on October <br /> 9th,2017. The distance between the lowest floor and the top of the roof is longer by two feet. This has created a new <br /> height that has encroached into the 75' Lakeyard setback,the average lakeshore setback and the side yard setback. This <br /> height of the roof will need to be addressed before work can continue. <br /> 5 <br />
