We believe there to be two options moving forward. If you believe there are others, let s discuss. <br /> 1. You can submit for a new variance with the new roof line. The deadline for submittal is next Wednesday. The <br /> application would go to the March 19th, 2018 Planning Commission and the April 9th, 2018 City Council <br /> Meeting. You can apply online,through our permitting system. <br /> https://www2.citizenserve.com/Portal/PortalController <br /> 2. You can redesign the roofline of the home to match the height that was submitted and approved through the <br /> variance process. New plans would need to be submitted and approved before work can continue on site. <br /> Additionally,the foundation as built called out the existing foundation in the garage at 940.9 and also called out the <br /> foundation as 942.9. This suggests a 2 foot step down into the garage. (See attachment) not reflected on the approved <br /> plans Please clarify the as-built foundation elevations including what it is currently and what the proposed foundation <br /> elevations as part of the building permit. Also, please include the proposed elevation for the lakeside foundation and <br /> the as built elevations. <br /> Our inspector must issue a stop work order on site this afternoon.
