Article XIX -- Insurance, <br />Discuss amount of increase of the Employer contributions as they apply to "Single" <br />"Single Plus" and "Family" coverage for each year. <br />C1 2017 — Employer contribution of $915 per month for single coverage and $1,255 <br />Family Coverage <br />2018 — Employer contribution of $915 per month for single coverage and $1,255 <br />plus/minus fifty (50%) percent of any increase or decrease in the family health <br />insurance premiums. Willingness to explore PEIP? <br />2019 - Employer contribution of $915 per month for single coverage and $1,255 <br />plus/minus fifty (50%) percent of any increase or decrease in the family health <br />insurance premiums_ <br />U2 The Union will accept this offer if 2018 only include 50% of any increase and <br />not decrease. If we explore PEIP and accept a lessor plan it may reduce rates <br />and we will then get a reduction in coverage and also in Employer <br />Contribution. <br />7. Article XXI — Vacation <br />Add the following language to the current language as follows: <br />21.1 Employees will accumulate vacation leave according to the following <br />schedule: <br />0 through -5 3. years continuous service 40 7 days (" 84 hours) <br />6 4 through 4.0 8 years continuous service 10 days (120 hours) <br />44 9 through -14 13 years continuous service 12 days (144 hours) <br />4-614-15 years continuous service 13 days (156 hours) <br />4.716 years continuous service 14 days (168 hours) <br />4$17 years continuous service 15 days (180 hours) <br />4-9 18 years continuous service 16 days (192 hours) <br />20 years and over continuous service 18 days (216) hours <br />21.2 The maximum accumulation of accrued vacation is 240 280 hours.
