H. The Contractor shall provide storage for materials and e ui ment su lied as re uired. � <br /> 9 P PP q <br /> Location shall be as directed by the General Contractor or the Project Manager. <br /> I. The Contractor shall be a licensed contractor in the State that the Project is being � <br /> constructed and shall employ all Licensed Professional Tradesmen required for each <br /> type of work covered under these Drawings and Specificarions. � <br /> J. The Contractor shall procure all necessary certificates and pernuts and pay all required <br /> fees. Contractor shall furnish a certificate of final inspection and approval from all <br /> enforcement agencies to the Owner. � <br /> K. The work included under Division 16000 shall consist of furnishing all labor, <br /> materials, equipment, tools and services for the complete installation of the Electrical � <br /> System as indicated on the Drawings and called for in these Specifications. <br /> L. Specific materials and equipment specified is intended to establish a minimum standard � <br /> of required quality. Where specified materials and equipment fail to meet minimum <br /> standards of existing federal, state and local codes and ordinances, the governing codes <br /> and ordinances shall prevail. <br /> M. The Contractor shall furnish and install all minor miscellaneous materials necessary for , <br /> the complete electrical installation. <br /> N. Within ten days after the award of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit for � <br /> approval eight sets of shop drawings on all major electrical equipment. These shop <br /> drawings shall cover such items as lighting fixtures, lamps, disconnects, fuses, , <br /> starters, MCC sections, switchgear, devices, plates, panels, contactors etc. The <br /> Contractor shall thoroughly review each item for compliance with these Specifications <br /> prior to submitting them to the Engineer, making any necessary corrections. Each shop <br /> drawing set shall be stamped, signed and dated indicating Contractor review. If the ' <br /> Contractor fails to properly review shop drawings, the Contractor shall reimburse the <br /> Engineer for all additional reviews on a time and material basis. No equipment shall be <br /> released for shipment or installed prior to final approval by the Engineer. , <br /> O. The Contractor shall provide all necessary temporary power and lighting to allow other <br /> Contractors and Subcontractors to perform their work. Prior to submitting a bid for <br /> this Project, contact the General Contractor to determine the type of equipment to be �j <br /> used in the performance of the work. The Electrical Bid shall include all labor and <br /> materials required to provide and maintain a complete temporary power and lighting <br /> system. � <br /> P. The Contractor shall regularly clean their work area of debris. Removal of all <br /> Contractor generated debris and rubbish caused by their work shall be at the � <br /> Contractor's expense. <br /> Q. The Contractor shall properly protect all equipment from damage during construction. <br /> Thoroughly clean all fixtures, equipment, panels and other supplied materials. Make � <br /> all necessary repairs and apply touch up paint as required prior to final inspection and <br /> contract close out. <br /> R. All work and materials shall comply with the latest edition of the National Electric Code , <br /> and all other applicable state and local codes. <br /> S.
