� <br /> T. Delivery of all materials and equipment shall be in accordance with the overall Project <br /> ' schedule. The Contractor shall closely coordinate all deliveries with other Contractors <br /> and the Engineer. <br /> � U. For materials and equipment specified by description only, the Contractor shall provide <br /> materials or equipment suitable for the purpose intended. These shall be in <br /> conformance with all governing codes,these Specifications and normal trade practice. <br /> � V. For materials or equipment specified by manufacturer's name and catalog number, the <br /> Contractor shall provide the item specified. The Contractor may submit materials and <br /> equipment for prior approval to the Engineer. All prior approvals must be received by <br /> � the Engineer at least seven working days prior to bid. <br /> W. The Contractor shall fully instruct the Owner in the operation of electrical equipment <br /> � prior to final close out. <br /> X. The Contractor shall provide and maintain an "As Built" set of bluelines on site, neatly <br /> notating routing, location or other changes to the Contract Documents. Upon Project <br /> � completion and prior to final close out, turn the"As Built"drawings over to the Owner. <br /> Y. The Contractor shall guarantee all materials and equipment to be free of defects that may <br /> � develop in any part of their work, caused by faulty workmanship, material or <br /> equipment failures, for a minimum of one year from the date of final acceptance of the <br /> work or for as long as normal equipment manufacturer warranties are in effect. <br /> ' Z. Upon completion of the work shown and specified under Division 16000 and prior to <br /> final close out of the Project, the Contractor shall verify in writing that each circuit and <br /> all systems are 100% complete and operating properly. This notification shall include <br /> � copies of all Subcontractor notifications. <br /> AA. The Contractor shall deliver two sets of O&M manuals to the Engineer prior to final <br /> � close out. O&M manuals shall consist of approved shop drawings, manufacturer's <br /> bulletins, equipment manuals, a list of manufacturers with telephone numbers for all <br /> equipment that contains replaceable parts and all other data covering the care, <br /> maintenance and operation of each piece of furnished equipment. O&M manuals shall <br /> � be neatly bound in 3-ring binders, contain an index and section tabs and be labeled with <br /> the Project name. <br /> � BB. The Contractor shall be responsible for all deficiencies that may e�cist from the use of <br /> substitute products, including additional required work. All dimensions and <br /> characteristics of substitute products shall be verified and coordinated with all affected <br /> � trades and Subcontractors. Required changes and modifications to the work of any <br /> other trades or Subcontractors incurred from using accepted substitute products shall be <br /> coordinated and performed by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Owner. <br /> � CC. Upon notification by letter, personal contact or telephone conversation of a problem <br /> with the electrical system, the Contractor shall respond within one week, making <br /> repairs or corrections as necessary.
