Each pump shall be factory tested hydraulically and dynamically balanced. <br /> 8. Provide line size shutoff valve and strainer in suction piping. <br /> 9. Provide check valve and balancing valve on discharge side of each pump, or use a , <br /> triple duty valve. Provide a pressure gauge with shut-off valves piped to pump <br /> casing tappings for accurate pump pressure readings. <br /> 10. Support piping on both sides of in-line pumps. Do not provide permanent , <br /> support for the pump itself. <br /> 11. Pump shall be selected with an impeller motor combination that would allow the � <br /> pump to run out to 90% of its flow curve without overloading the motor. Provide with � <br /> the fully concealed cabinet, integral discharge and retum grilles, 2" filters, <br /> forward curved double width double inlet centrifugal fans statically and <br /> dynamically balanced. � <br /> 2. Coils sized for 180°F-160°F and 50°F EAT on heating. <br /> H. Radiant Floor Heating Svstem <br /> l. Provide radiant heating tubing and accessories equal to heatway (Wirsbo). � <br /> System shall be capable of a minimum of 18BTUH/sq. ft. vendor to evaluate <br /> space and flooring for architectural considerations. <br /> 2. The vendor shall design and circuit a system for tubing routed 9" on center. The � <br /> tubes are to be installed to the existing and new subfloor from the joists below. <br /> The vendor shall coordinate with the contractor for installation details and <br /> requirements. The tubing shall be stapled for positive contact to the subfloor. , <br /> 3. Provide all accessories downstream and including the manifolds. This includes � <br /> balance/shut-off ball valves, staples,fittings, etc. <br /> 4.
