Provide Broan (ACME, Nutone, Penn) Models as scheduled on the drawings for <br /> the toilets. Includes a grille. Motor overload protection, discorrecting switch and <br /> U.L, rating is required. Fans to be ultra quiet series. <br /> � B. Toilet Exhaust Hood <br /> l. Provide hoods equal to Broan Model 634. Units shall be all galvanized <br /> construction complete with birdscreen and backdraft damper. <br /> � C. Furnace Unit (FU) <br /> 1. Provide a Bryant(Lennox, Carrier,Trane)fixed capacity, condensing gas furnace <br /> Series 350MAV. The unit shall have 92% AFUE, hot surface ignition, stainless <br /> ' steel heat exchanger, intelligent control board, integral circuit board for control of <br /> ignition, inducer and blower, upflow encased in a galvanized steel cabinet with a <br /> painted coating. The unit has a draft safeguard switch, shall be U.L.listed and <br /> � AGA certified and shall be shipped as a complete functional unit. Provide a seven <br /> day programmable thermostat with temperature scheduling capabilities and fan <br /> on/off/auto and cooling/heating switches. Unit to have single point power <br /> � connection with disconnecting means. Provide filter assembly. <br /> 2. Unit to have a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger. <br /> 3. Provide a 3 row, insulated coil section with nominal capacities as scheduled. <br /> � D. Condensin� Unit (CU) <br /> 1. Provide a condensing unit equal to Bryant (Trane, McQuay, Carrier) 561-C <br /> Series as scheduled. <br /> � 2. The unit shall be U.L. listed, high efficiency compressors, pre charged 25 foot <br /> lines, crankcase heaters, copper tubed coil with aluminum fins, internal pressure <br /> relief valve, soft start, lowambient headpressure controller, 5 year compressor <br /> motor. Condensing units with shredded fin construction are not acceptable. <br /> � 3. Coordinate with thermostat being provided. <br /> 4. The unit shall have a single point power connection. <br /> 5. Provide matching insulated DX cooling coil assembly for each CU unit. <br /> � 6.
