The Conaactor shall guarantet the operation of the installation and that the materials and <br /> workmanship of the equipment be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date <br /> , of acceptance,Pcnviding the equipment has been operated and maintained in accardance with the <br /> manafacdmer's rocommendations. If a dispute exists regarding whether the equipment has been <br /> maintained according to the manufacwrer's recommendations, the Engineer's decisi� will be <br /> , final. Fumish permits as required for electirical construction. Pay all electrical inspecdon <br /> , charges for the construcdon. <br /> 3. Furnish and install all power and control conduit and cable. <br /> , 4. Furnish and install the ground system and complete all grounding connections. <br /> � 5. Fornish and install electrical equipment as specified in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> recommendations,instructions and directions. All equipment shaU be properly protected <br /> during conswction. <br /> , 6. Complete all connecaons and t�st operate the equipment in cooperadon with the Owner, <br /> the Engineer and oth�s worldng on the project. <br /> , 7. The Contract�shall furnish and install control devices,all electrical wirin to the <br /> 8 P� <br /> � tuminals of all control d�vices�including devices furnished by otheas,to obtain successful <br /> opaaaon of the equipment <br /> , 8. The Contractor shall keep the premises clean and orderly during installation of the work, <br /> remove rubbish daily and as diracted by the Engineer. Upon completion of the ele�trical <br /> work,remove all dirt and debris,tools,scaff'olding,etc.used or resulting from the work. <br /> , 9.
