' <br /> The Contracta shall be solely responsible for the secority of the Cont�cto�s <br /> equipment and materials while they are on the site or in transit,including providing � <br /> any ins�uance against theft, damage or vandalism that the Contractor deems <br /> appropriate. Security measures deemed necessary by the Contractor shall be provided <br /> at the Contracto�s expense and no additional compensation shall be provided. � <br /> 2.3.2 Clean Uu and Resta�ation <br /> At the can letion of the work relat�ed to well construction develo ent and test ' <br /> P � Pm <br /> pumping,pump installadon,and relatsd piping the Conaacta shall remove all tools, � <br /> conswcdon equipment and machinery as well as all waste materials, rubbish and <br /> debris from and about the premises. 'Il�e Contractor will be responsible for removing <br /> from the site and disposing of cuttings and materials from the drilling process. The ' <br /> Contractor will be responsible fa restoration of the access and site by placing topsoil. <br /> regrading.and seeding any damaged areas. <br /> 2.4 METHOD OF MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT , <br /> The Conaactor will be paid for mobilization an the basis of a lump sum price. Contracwr shall , <br /> submit a detailed cost summary of all items included in the bid item for Mobilization. The <br /> Conuractor shall submit records of payment of applicable items in the Request for Payment,such <br /> as bond and insinance costs.equipment mobilization,reswration,and shall fully justify any other � <br /> cost item. This summary will be used for deteamination of Progzess Payments and will be subject <br /> to approval by Owner.
