The work cove�ed by this section <br /> includes famishing bonds and insurance required specifically for this P�l��:Providing submittals <br /> as spocifiod;obtaining all permits required for the performance of the work except as specifically <br /> � stated elsewhere in these Specificadons;and perfotming all wark to clean up the project site that <br /> is not outlinod elsewh�e in these Specifications. <br /> � 22 MATERIALS (POST AWARD SUBMITTALS) <br /> 2.2.1 Proiect Contacts <br /> 1 Within 5 days following Nodce to Proceed, the Contractor shall submit to the <br /> Ovme�s Representadve a list of the driller(s) and assistant(s) names who are to <br /> ' complete the project, including telephone numbers for 24 hour response should <br /> problems arise. <br /> , 22.2 Records,Well L.ojts and Drillin¢ Samoles <br /> ' The Contracta shall main�in logs of all relevant drilling and sampling data. <br /> Information contained in the Contracto�s logs shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> I 1. Well number, location,and date <br /> 2. Type of equipment used, <br /> 3. Reference point fa all depth measurements, <br /> ' 4. Final depth of hole, <br /> S. Sample number,sampling depths.descriptions and classifications, <br /> 6. Water levels, <br /> 1 7. Drilling conditions encountered. <br /> 8. Depth or location of any lost drilling fluid,drilling materials or tools, <br /> 9. Descripdon and dimensions of well installations,and <br /> ' 10. Record of well development and sediment removal,and <br /> 11. Test pumping records. • <br /> � Upon completion of the well,the Contractor shall furnish a copy of the field log to <br /> the Engineer. 'I1�e Contractor shall also furnish a leuer report w the Engineer <br /> ' describing the work completed.
