Neither the Engineer nor the Owner shall be resp�nsible for the <br /> submission of such data unless req�rired in writing by the Contractor. Failore of the Contractor <br /> to submit required data which results in nullification of a wamanty, shall constitute assumption ' <br /> by the Conuractor of warranty provisions which would have pertained if data had been properly <br /> submiued. <br /> Guarant�ees of bonds roquired by various portions of the Specifications shall be submitted w the � <br /> to the Owner.
