It�s essenaal that the Contractor <br /> ' confine all of his activities to conswcaon limits ro be staked in the field by the Owner's <br /> Representative. Access to the conswction site shall be only at the location designated by the <br /> Owner's Representative. <br /> , 1.3 MATERIAL STORAGE AND CONTRAC"POR PARKING <br /> , The Conttactor shall confine his use of the site for storage of materials,site�ccess,and parking <br /> of equipment and vehicles W the Conswcdon Limits as previously defined. If addidonal space <br /> is requireti,the Contractor shall secure the additional work space from the Owner. <br /> � 1.4 LIIVFS AND GRADFS <br /> ' The Owner will provide the Contractor with alignment and grade information ne�essary for the <br /> conswcdon of the work. Once provided, it is the C�tr�tor's responsibility to pmtect this <br /> infamation. All reasonable requests of the Cont:act,or fa alignment and grade information will <br /> � be provided by the Owner. The Contiact�shall request such informadon from the Engineer a <br /> minimum of three days prior to the time when such information is needed.
