Win$ton stated from a technical standpoi�,the rec�ord did not scem t,o have anything in it denying the variances and that it sceme+d like tho variances were a factor of the size of the lot and the width of the lot,which the homeowner does not�ave any control over. V�iaston stated from his p�rsonal observation,the site seems to work extremely we11 from a safety stan�oint in that peflple would not have to back out into the street. Winston stated he is familiar with this builder's work and that he has a�en a number of homes he has haadlal. Winston t�mmented he would be luclry to have t1�is home in his neighborhood sad that he�►ould like to assure the neighbors that the builder constructs quality homes a�d it will be landscaped. Walsh stated in his view Mr.Winston was watching another year's video because the Council did have issues with the curb cuts and tka�t they did not see that as a prsctical difficulty since the A�'P�hr o�'i'►er lmew he was buying a eorner lot. VValsh indicated he raisod issues with the setback and that due to those issues hc asked that it be redesigned, Walsh stated he wants to set the facts straight and that he did heve an issue with the practical difficulties since they lmew they were buying a corner lot.
