Win$ton stated from a technical standpoi�,the rec�ord did not scem t,o have anything in <br /> it denying the variances and that it sceme+d like tho variances were a factor of the size of the lot and the <br /> width of the lot,which the homeowner does not�ave any control over. Wix�ton stated&om a legal <br /> standpoint,it seemed to him that they had that eo�vered�hat and that the applicant has lesseated the <br /> encmachment uatil the sefback siIIcx that time. Winston stated there ciid not seem to be anyt�ing in the <br /> recflrd t�at the Coun,cil�+o�a1d deny those variance. <br /> V�iaston stated from his p�rsonal observation,the site seems to work extremely we11 from a safety <br /> stan�oint in that peflple would not have to back out into the street. Winston stated his car dces not have <br /> a baokup Cam�era and that it is a safety concern.
