Mattick <br /> s#ated whether there are two accesses or not is up to the City Cauncil. Mattick noted the County does <br /> ccmtrol the right�f-way and that the Couaty waats poople to use the local roads for sccesa whenever <br /> possible. Mattick stated he does un�derstand the desire to take it off af the local road to preserve some of <br /> the parls�g but that he would enviaion the County denyiug that. <br /> Walsh stated he would agrec with thet and that thene sbould be as few curb cuts on any main artery road <br /> as possi�le. <br /> MeMillan etatod it is part of the Council's job to make sure the roads are safer. <br /> Printup raquested the motion be amended to require the second curb cub onto Heritage Lane be <br /> elimina�ed if a varisnce is granted for the side street setback and that the access be onto He.ritage Drive. <br /> I.evang in�icatsd she would not accept that amendment. <br /> MeMitlan stated they could make a mation to that effect. <br /> Walsh stated he would second Council Member Printup's motion so it ean be voted on. <br /> Priuntup moved,Walsh sccond�xi,Application No. 16-38Q3,Stonewood,LLe,on behalf of TaslutAa <br /> Tufaa,1830 Shoreline Drive,to smend the motion to deny the second cnrb cnt onto Heritxge Lane <br /> as a condition of the side�treet setback variance. <br /> McMillan stat�the3r would be voting on whether to amend the motion to deny the curb cut on Heritage <br /> Lane. <br /> Page 18 of 37 <br />
