An ordinance was passed by the LMCD to <br /> allow 'r_ne Sheriff to fence channels where there is <br /> open water. So far this year 31 people have gone <br /> through the ice, 24 snowmobiles and 11 vehicles. The <br /> LM�D has passed an ordinance ruling out boats over 7P1 <br /> feeL in length on Lake Minnetonka. The LMCD has <br /> contraced to spend $ 13�0 to have a nrogram made up <br /> �nc� printed of all the violations on the lake, where <br /> they occurred and the kind of violation. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS There were no com�nents from the Planning Commission. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public. <br /> 8: 30 PM APPEARANCE BY <br /> MRS .
