Mabusth asked what side of the property line <br /> will the fenee go on. Mabusth asked what will be done <br /> with the plantings that are there now. Mabusth stated <br /> that Chaska has completed the landscape plans that <br /> were required by the City. <br /> CouncilmemberFrahmstated that the trespassingisnot <br /> all the management ' s problem. Frahm stated that he <br /> doesn't want a 7 ' fence along the property line. <br /> Frahm stated that he doesn ' t want to see a fence from <br /> the lake to the end of the lot. <br /> Councilmember Adams stated that he is satisfied that <br /> Chaska put up the original plantings that were <br /> required by the City. <br /> Counc�lmember Grabek asked if Chaska puts up two small <br /> fences, will that solve the problem. Grabek stated <br /> that it will probably just waste Chaska ' s money and <br /> time by constructing a fence that people will just go <br /> over a�yway. Grabekfelt thefence wouldn' tsolve the <br /> problem. <br /> Sandy Ramberg stated that the boats on the lot line <br /> should be removed also. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Adams seconded , to direct <br /> Chaska to construct two fences one 10 ' -15 ' long from <br /> the hedge to the lake on the east side of the <br /> residential lot and for Chaska to construct a fence <br /> between the two large trees on the lakeshore side on <br /> the west side of the residential lot of about 3 ' - 6 ' <br /> chainlink-cyclone type fence and any other fencing <br /> requested by the neighbors is to be done by the <br /> neighbors, since it has been noted that Chaska Marina <br /> complied with all the screening requirements of the <br /> origiraal license application, with such fence to be <br /> constructed by August 27 , 1984 Council meeting. <br /> Frahm included in the motion to have the boats removed <br /> from the lot line or moved back to meet the required <br /> setback. Motion, Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays ( 1 ) . <br /> Counc�lmember Grabek voted nay because he felt that <br /> the fence would not solve the problem. <br /> Mayor Butler received a letter from Phyllis Sprague <br /> and gave such letter to City Attorney Radio for his <br /> response in writing. <br /> Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron asked the <br /> Council if they wanted separate applications for the <br /> two new parcels of land Chaska Marina just acquired. <br />
