MZNUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1984. PAGE 5 <br /> Councilmember Grabek stated that the developer should <br /> address the drainage issue before it comes to Council. <br /> Councilmember Frahm stated that he doesn ' t really like <br /> PRD's along the lake. <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that the <br /> developer will locate well, septic and the building <br /> envel�pe for each lot all on one plan before it comes to <br /> Council. <br /> CHASRA MARINA Marcia Schoeneman of 3332 North Shore Drive was <br /> present. Schoeneman stated that Chaska Mar'na has <br /> not camplied with the Council ' s last directive given <br /> at the last Council meeting. Schoeneman stated that <br /> the trespassing is still occurring. Schoeneman <br /> stated that they actually took down part of the fence <br /> that is up to get across her property. Schoeneman <br /> stated that if Council doesn ' t require Chaska to get a <br /> varia�ce for the fence or require the installation of <br /> the fence that she will start having people arres,ted <br /> that come across her property. Schoeneman stated <br /> that someone has painted orange rings around the <br /> schru�s and trees . <br /> City Attorney Malkerson asked if Chaska Marina had <br /> been �otified that discussion was going to take place <br /> tonig�t concerning their application. Malkerson <br /> stated if not, that Chaska should be notified to allow <br /> procedural due process . <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that Chaska <br /> Marina was not notif ied because she was not aware that <br /> this was going to be discussed tonight. Mabusth <br /> state� that staff went out, that they noted all the <br /> plantings that the City had asked Chaska to plant. <br /> Mabusth stated that to put a huge fence in that area <br /> that it would do away with all the natural landscaping. <br /> Mabusth stated that in the B-2 zoning it clearly <br /> requires screening and that Chaska should not be <br /> required to apply f or a variance f or the f ence when the <br /> B-2 zane requires screening. <br /> Councilmember Grabek moved, Mayor Butler seconded, to <br /> notify Chaska Marine and all parties that this fence <br /> and trespassing issue will be discussed August 13 , <br /> 1984, Council meeting at which time the Council will <br /> make a decision and staff to include the landscaping <br /> requirements in the B-2 zone. Motion, Ayes (5 ) , Nays <br /> (0) . <br /> STATUS OF HOUSEBOATS <br /> ON NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br /> MARINA Mayor Butler asked for a status report on the <br /> house�oats on North Shore Drive and whether they were <br /> remov�ed. <br />
