Tiegen stated he would like a revaivation of his homestead : <br /> property and the six lots that he owns east of Eimwood Avenue. He <br /> stated that 4 of the 5 lots are under water and felt that a $30 , 0Q0 <br /> vaivation was too high. Mr . Tiegen will be out of town on June <br /> i9th and Mr . Hilk will notify him by mail the results of the <br /> revaluations on his properties. No action by the Board . <br /> 11 . Bob��Kost , 3585 Crystal Place <br /> I7-117-23 43 �1145 <br /> Mr . Kost stated that he built the house in 1983 for $71 , 000 <br /> construction cost and requested that the 1984 market value be <br /> lowered to $71 ,oJp10. Mr . Kost stated that the neighborhood is <br /> bothered by two men who live in a car at the vacant house next door . <br /> These men have been seen defec�ting in the public streets . Mr . <br /> Kost stated he would like the City of enforce sanitation rules for <br /> these two men just as they are enforced on other citizens of the <br /> City. The Board requested a revaluation of this property. <br /> 12. Darel Leipold , ti78 Tonkawa Road <br /> 05-117-23 33 00�J8 <br /> Mr . Leipold stated that the i983 market value on this property was <br /> $92,00g and the 1984 market value was up $21 , 0P10. Mr . Leipold <br /> requested a revaluation. No action by the Board . - <br /> 13. Bill Bradley, 4�175 Oak Street <br /> 06-117-23 4I DJ09h <br /> Mr . Bradiey stated the house was completed in 1982. In 1983 a new <br /> garage, which cost $4 , 000, was added to the property. The 1984 <br /> market value has gone up $14 , 000 since it was inspected in January <br /> of I983. Frahm stated he felt that this increase was too much in <br /> one year and suggested to Mr . Bradley that he have a revaluation of <br /> his property. Mr . Bradley stated he would iike a revaluation. <br /> No action by the Board . <br /> 14. Dick R3iche, 280 Orono Orchard Road South <br /> 02-117-23 24 0003 <br /> ' Mr . Raiche stated that he had purchased the house for $90 , 000 <br /> after a fire. The house is still unfinished at this time. The <br /> land is valued at $55, OJ00 , half is wetlands. He stated he had � <br /> $115, 000 invested in the house at this time. Mr . Raiche <br /> requested a revaluation of his property. No action by the Board . <br /> I5. Eisinger stated that in 1983 his valuation had been increased - <br /> `-`' $23,700, after his request for a revaluation his 1983 market <br /> �r� value was placed at $100, 5�0.
