Hansen stated the 1984 market value placed on his property was <br /> $850 , 000 and he felt that this was too high. He stated that the <br /> property was built within the last two years , they can not see the <br /> lake from the house and he understood that the real estate market <br /> was not moving . He stated that neighboring properties are on the <br /> market and are not selling . Hilk stated that he would review the <br /> property with Mr . Hansen and show him sales information on <br /> � comparable property and he would like to review with Mr . Hansen <br /> the construction costs for the house . Mr .
