It is an 8 acre parcel and has a <br /> market value of 540 , 0�J�J . Almost one-half is low ground . The <br /> neighboring lot, the same size and no wet land , has thz same market <br /> value . Scherven stated that the 1984 market value is $124 , 000 . He <br /> stated that the property has been listed on the market for 2 years <br /> for $100 , 0H0 and it has not soid . Mr . Scherven requested a <br /> revaluation. No action by the Board . <br /> 19 . Tom Corson, 4195 Highwood Road <br /> 07-117-23 44 �1022 <br /> Mr . Corson stated that his 1984 market value had been chanqed from <br /> $164, 00� to $141 ,000. He stated that the property is for sale <br /> now for $145, �J0(�. It will probably be reduced to $130 ,000 - <br /> $135,000. Mr . Corson stated that he was not totally satisified <br /> with the $141 ,�J00. He asked Mr . Wilson stated he had requested a revaluation of his property <br /> but had not been notified of the results of this revaluation. <br /> Mr . Hilk stated that he and Glenn Busitzky had been to his property <br /> the day before and they were working on his valuation.
