Payment of all required development review <br /> and improvement inspection fees , park ded- <br /> ication fees, and improvements costs , <br /> connection charges or assessment waivers . <br /> Also to direct City Engineer to com� back to <br /> the next regular meeting with an estimate of a <br /> feasibility study for the City to do all improvements <br /> with costs to be assessed against the developer, and <br /> direct staff to do a further study of ways to handle <br /> any traffic problems in the existing neighborhoods. <br /> Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth, reviewed the 4 #669 TONKA PROPERTIES <br /> unit subdivision application for Tonka 1340 BALDUR PARK ROAD <br /> Properties 1340 Baldur Park Road. <br /> Councilmember Butler questioned Mr. Peterson <br /> as to when he was going to hook up the existing <br /> house to sewer. He stated he had put money down <br /> to do it but if this application fails he may not <br /> do anything. Council reminded Mr. Peterson that <br /> this was required whether or not he proceeds with <br /> the subdivision. <br /> Councilmember Hurr stated that she would prefer <br /> a single family subdivision and not a PRD. <br /> Van Nest moved, Adams seconded, to table the PRD <br /> Subdivision application with specific direction <br /> that the applicant consider a 3 unit density with <br /> either a sibdivision or PRD proposal, and return <br /> to the next regular council meeting for council <br /> review. Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed the #679 WILLIAM SMILEY <br /> Variance application of Mr. Wm. Smiley, 2720 PHEASANT RD.-VARIANCE <br /> 2720 Pheasant Rd. . Also present was Mr. Dick <br /> Hassel , the attorney representing Mr. Smiley. <br /> After much discussion by the council , attorney <br /> and Mr. Smiley the council did not feel any <br /> action could be taken at this meeting. <br />
