Proposed house and additional improvements <br /> as shown on Exhibit D, may not exceed <br /> allowed 2 , 525 sf of hardcover-City will <br /> allow additional hardcover for a turn- <br /> around section to proposed driveway <br /> subject to building inspector' s review. <br /> 2 . City wil'1 not grant setback or hardcover <br /> variances for any future improvements . <br /> 3 .
