REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, MAY 10 , 1982 PAGE 3 May 10 , 1982 Agenda. Van Nest moved, Butler seconded that CONSENT AGENDA* Consent Agenda* item #20 be removed MAY 10 , 1982 . for discussion purposes . Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* , subject to removing item #20 , with all staff reports concerning items reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the original copy of �these minutes on file in the City Clerk ' s Office . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the MINUTES* minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 26 , 1982 . Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) Lee Tomlinson , Chairman of the Park Commission , PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS was present with comments regarding the Tot Lot in the Schlee project. The minutes from the LMCD meeting were LMCD REPORT reviewed regarding the meeting held in Mound on April 20, 1982 . No comments from the Planning Commission. PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENT: No comments from the public , on any items PUBLIC COMMENTS that was not on the agenda. About 45 people from the Navarre area were #671 SCHLEE BUILDERS present to comment on the Schlee Project and SUBDIVISION to let the council know their feelings regarding the traffic problem. They did not wan any new traffic in their neighborhood. Mayor Van Nest explained that this was not a Public Hearing but that the council would listen to their comments and suggestions . City Planner Olson then reviewed with the council the Schlee project to bring them up to date on the project. Mr. Russ Fierst was present to represent Schlee Builders . Van Nest moved, Butler seconded to approve the preliminary plan of the Subdivision of Schlee Builders at 3660 Shoreline Drive with the following conditions to be drafted in a Resolution by the City staff : 1 . 48 Single family units approved with existing proposed street layout . 2 . Sewers to flow north per City Engineer' s recommendation.
