Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br /> Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the MINUTES* <br /> minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 26 , 1982 . <br /> Motion , Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br /> Lee Tomlinson , Chairman of the Park Commission , PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> was present with comments regarding the Tot <br /> Lot in the Schlee project. <br /> The minutes from the LMCD meeting were LMCD REPORT <br /> reviewed regarding the meeting held in <br /> Mound on April 20, 1982 . <br /> No comments from the Planning Commission. PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENT: <br /> No comments from the public , on any items PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> that was not on the agenda. <br /> About 45 people from the Navarre area were #671 SCHLEE BUILDERS <br /> present to comment on the Schlee Project and SUBDIVISION <br /> to let the council know their feelings regarding <br /> the traffic problem. They did not wan any new <br /> traffic in their neighborhood. <br /> Mayor Van Nest explained that this was not a Public <br /> Hearing but that the council would listen to their <br /> comments and suggestions . <br /> City Planner Olson then reviewed with the council <br /> the Schlee project to bring them up to date on the <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Russ Fierst was present to represent Schlee <br /> Builders . <br /> Van Nest moved, Butler seconded to approve the <br /> preliminary plan of the Subdivision of Schlee <br /> Builders at 3660 Shoreline Drive with the following <br /> conditions to be drafted in a Resolution by the <br /> City staff : <br /> 1 . 48 Single family units approved with <br /> existing proposed street layout . <br /> 2 . Sewers to flow north per City Engineer' s <br /> recommendation. <br />
