Mayor Van Nest <br /> stated that annual deicing perinits are issued <br /> for Marinas . The LMCD should be aware of com- <br /> plaints of property owners contiguous to a <br /> deicing permit application and to be notified <br /> before issuance of the permit. <br /> No comments from the Planning Commission PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> REPORT <br /> No comments from the Public present. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Zoning Administrator, Jeanne Mabusth stated AFTER THE FACT <br /> that Mr. James Thaxter was not able to be CONDITIONAL USE <br /> present and needed more time to prepare . PERMIT 1965 Tamarack <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Adams seconded, to table <br /> the Conditional Use Permit request of Mr . James <br /> Thaxter of 1965 Tamarack Drive until the next <br /> regular council meeting. <br /> Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) <br /> Butler moved, Frahm seconded , to approve the PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br /> 2 lot plat, subdivision application of Albin Albin F . Thies <br /> F. Thies and Ruth L. Phillips based on the 830 Old Crystal Bay Rd. <br /> finding that the newly created lots satisfy <br /> all standards of the RR-1B zoning district <br /> and that each lot has direct access to a , <br /> public road . This approval is subject to <br /> all the conditions found by Planning Commission . <br /> Motion Ayes (5) - Nays (0) <br /> Mr. Petersen was not present , Mr. Newman was CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> present to represent Mr. Petersen . 280 Oronc Orchard Road <br /> Discussion followed that Mr. Newman had Timothy Petersen <br /> permission from Mr. Petersen to state that <br /> if the neighbors did have any problems with <br /> their equipment and it was in his control , <br /> and/or caused by his equipment, that he would <br /> pay for all modifications to neighbors equipment. <br /> Councilmember Butler stated she felt that the <br /> permit should be issued only with the stipulation <br /> that a tickler file be kept on this matter and <br /> each year in December the surrounding neighbors <br /> be notified so that if there is any problem it <br /> can be settled and revoke the permit if so needed. <br />
