House located on site prior to lakeshore <br /> setback requirement. <br /> 4 . Only feasible location for the addition is <br /> to the "front lakeside" of the house. <br /> Frahm moved, Adams seconded , to conceptually <br /> approve the variance application of Kent <br /> Swanson as follows : 1) A hardcover variance <br /> permitting a hardcover increase of 436 sf . <br /> within the 75 ' - 250 ' setback area. 2) 2 . 5 <br /> encroachment of 472 sf addition into lakeside <br /> setback area. 3) 17 ' encroachemnt for 3 ' <br /> walkway into lakeshore setback area. 4 ) To <br /> permit the roofing and screening of 9 . 8 ' X <br /> 16 . 1 ' deck subject to the removal of 6 X 12 ' <br /> roofed deck . Based on the following findings : <br /> 1} A net reduction in hardcover within i-he 0 . 75 ' <br /> set back . 2) Actual 0 . 75 structure encroachment <br /> is only 25 sf even though total addition is 472 sf . <br /> Council has directed staff to draft a resolution <br /> setting forth the conditions of this approval for <br /> presentation and action at the January 25 , 1982 meeting. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (1) Butler voting Nay <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to accept the RESOLUTION #1347* <br /> Resolution Requirinq the Removal of an 1495 Green Trees Road <br /> Accessory Structure on a Property Legally William Sexton <br /> Described as Lot 2 Block 1 , Green Trees on <br /> Tanager Lake.
