REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JULY 27, 1981 Page 5 Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to request staff to AMEND FEE SCHEDULE amend the fee schedule to include after-the-fact application penalties due to additional costs and to present to the City Council for their review. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0 ) . An informational memo from Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning 3510 IVY PLACE Administrator, concerning the current status of Current Status 3510 Ivy Place was presented to the City Council. The City Council requested the Zoning Administrator to present a survey of the property at the next Council meeting. Glenn Cook, City Engineer, informed the City 1980-LS-1 & LS-2 Council that the 1980-LS-1 & LS-2 Sanitary Sewer Acceptance Project has been satisfactorily completed and is acceptable for hookup by the residents of the area. Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the 1980-LS-1 & LS-2 Sanitary Sewer Project per the City Engineer ' s recommendation and to request staff to prepare resolutions of acceptance for the next Council meeting. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0 ) . Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to approve CHANGE ORDER #3 Change Order #3 , G & L Contracting, in the amount G & L Contracting of $745 . Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (0 ) . Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve CHANGE ORDER #4 Change Order #4 , G & L Contracting, in the amount G & L Contracting of $902 . 75. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0 ) . Mayor Van Nest informed the City Council that the PAINTER' S CREEK Minnehaha Creek Watershed Advisory Committee concerning the Painter ' s Creek Subwatershed will be held August 6 , 1981. Councilmember Butler discussed with the City Council CABLE TV REPORT the progress of the Cable TV Committee . Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to instruct the City Administrator to draft a letter to the Cable TV Committee, and the other three communities inv�lved, that the City of Orono would like to discuss with the Committee and participating cities our goals and commit- ments for Cable TV, and the possibility of imposing a one- year moratorium to allow sufficient time to evaluate and reaffirm our positions with the type of Cable TV service available and the management of this on-going commitment in future years .
