Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, reviewed with VARIANCE <br /> the City Council the resolution of denial for an 1620 Shadywood Road <br /> after-the-fact variance for John Ericson, 1620 #622 <br /> Shadywood Road. John Ericson <br /> John Ericson was present. <br /> Paurus moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded, that the non- <br /> conforming structure of John Ericson, 1620 Shadywood <br /> Road, be moved back to the 75 ' lakeshore setback <br /> by February 15, 1982 . Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (0) . <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1300 <br /> #1300 , A Resolution Denying An "After-The-Fact" 1620 Shadywood Road <br /> Variance Application Of John C. Ericson For Major John Ericson <br /> Structural Repair To A Non-Conforming Structure <br /> On Property Located At 1620 Shadywood Road, as <br /> amended. Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (0) . <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, read the <br /> following letter to the City Council signed by <br /> John C. Ericson, dated July 27 , 1981 : <br /> "As a property owner in the Vilage that has had my <br /> request for a variance denied, <br /> I request that you have the pagoda located on <br /> the Hennepin County Park praperty removed. It <br /> is also my request that any similar type of <br /> structure within the city limits be inspected <br /> and should they be found to be in disrepair as <br /> interpreted by the present zoning laws , that said <br /> property own�rs be advised to relocate or remove <br /> these structures. " <br /> John C. Ericson <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, reviewed CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> with the City Council the after-the-fact conditional 1330 Sixth Avenue Nortt <br /> use permit request of Roger Veon, 1330 Sixth #625 <br /> Avenue North. Roger Veon <br /> Mr . Veon was present to explain his application. <br /> Butler moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded, to request <br /> staff to draft a resolution for the next Council <br /> meeting approvinq the after-the-fact conditional <br /> use permit request of Roger Veon, 1330 Sixth Avenue <br /> North, per the Planning Commission recommendations of <br /> June 15 , 1981 , and for Mr . Veon to sign-off on the <br /> resolution. Motion, Ayes (4 ) - Nays (0 ) . <br />
