Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, prepared a memo LS-80-1 & LS-80-2 concerning a conference with Glenn Cook, Mike Sewer Projects Gaffron, Alan Olson, and John Gerhardson on July 18 , 1980 regarding the Minnetonka Bluffs, Orono Lane, West Ferndale , County Road #15/ North Shore Drive and Scotch Pine Lane sewer projects, LS80-1 and LS80-2 . Memo - Pages 29-32 Council Meeting - July 28 , 1980 Butler moved, Hannah seconded, to request the City Attorney to proceed with the acquisition of easements for the two sewer projects, LS80-1 and LS80-2 .
