Malkerson met with the above individuals <br /> to discuss, among other things: <br /> 1. Easement acquisition procedure; <br /> 2. Assessment procedure; - <br /> � 3. Assessment roll; <br /> 4. Resolution on benefited properties; <br /> 5. Resolution of adoption of an assessment roll. <br /> The above individuals discussed generally materials set forth � <br /> hereinafter: <br /> I. ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS <br /> � A. B. Malkerson will draft a standard letter for <br /> Gaffron's signature, which letter will be addressed to each <br /> property owner informing them that the project has been, <br /> ordered, asking them to please execute an enclosed construc- � <br /> tion and permanent easement, noting to them that the easement, <br /> if donated would be tax deductible. <br /> ' � . B. 8. Malkerson will draft a new form standard easement <br /> that will allow for the construction of the sewer pipe, lift <br /> _ � <br /> stations and manholes as necessary. <br /> � ; C. Gaffron will send the letter to each property <br /> owner and inform them that in a day or two he will call them <br /> to �et up specific times at which he can visit them at their <br /> homes to discuss with them any problems that they have <br /> related to the construction of the pipe or lif t station on <br /> their property. In each case, Gaffron will have been <br /> authorized by prior City Council action to offer certain <br /> � <br />
