Location of traveled road as opposed to <br /> platted road. <br /> The Lynns request a front yard variance setback of <br /> 16 ' for a tennis court 60 ' X 120 ' . The subject lot is <br /> 3+ acres, but a long, narrow lakeshore property. The <br /> court will be constructed in a heavily wooded area of <br /> the property. The On-Site Septic Systems Manager <br /> advises that the location of the tennis court will not <br /> effect the existing or future drainfield area.
