Mertz , 1820 Fox Street <br /> 1820 Fox Street, dated June 24 , 1980 , which states: #557 - <br /> E. T. Mertz <br /> Zoning District RR-1B <br /> Subdivision: Two-lot plat: � <br /> Lot 1 - 2 acres <br /> Lot 2 - 4 . 72 acres <br /> The applicant proposes a subdivision of his 6 . 72 acre � <br /> homestead into two lots. Each lot meets the standards . <br /> of the zoning district. Access shall be directly off <br /> Fox Street for both lots.
