Before final approval , the following must be sub- mitted for On-Site Septic System Manager ' s review: a) Site plan for Lot 2 designating location of house , driveway, well , primary drainfield, secondary drainfield and other proposed improvements. b) Test information for alternate drainfield site for existing house on Lot l . c) Applicant to designate and presume secondary drainfield site if needed for mound system arises. d) Applicant enter into agreement with City to affirm the above items (a-c) . Council Meeting - June 30 , 1980 Mr . Hawkinson was present stating that he would like a building permit now. Butler moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded, to approve the preliminary subdivision request of Richard Hawkinson, 4625 West Branch Road, subject to the Planning Commission recommendations and prepare a resolution' to approve a building permit, but that no certificate of occupancy to be issued until final approval of plat. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, entered into the SUBDIVISION record the preliminary subdivision request of E. T. Mertz , 1820 Fox Street 1820 Fox Street, dated June 24 , 1980 , which states: #557 - E. T. Mertz Zoning District RR-1B Subdivision: Two-lot plat: � Lot 1 - 2 acres Lot 2 - 4 . 72 acres The applicant proposes a subdivision of his 6 . 72 acre � homestead into two lots. Each lot meets the standards . of the zoning district. Access shall be directly off Fox Street for both lots. The On-Site Septic Systems Manager recommends approval of the Mertz subdivision per his report dated June 6 , 1980 . � (Continued)
