There is approximately <br /> a 100 ' setback between the proposed greenhouse and <br /> existing house. In ,the future, the Mortensons want to <br /> construct a service area on the north side of the green- <br /> house approximately 20 ' X 48 ' (head house on site plan) . <br /> There is adequate area for additional off-street parking <br /> on the site. The applicants have stated there will be ' <br /> no need for any extensive exterior lighting - only one <br /> outside light. <br /> The Building Inspector has reviewed the plans and type <br /> of greenhouse proposed and he finds no problem. Mr. <br /> Jacobs does request the information on "testing" <br /> referred to in the engineer ' s memo when the applicant <br /> submits plans for a building permit. <br /> As for screening, there is a natural screening of trees <br /> along the rear and side of the greenhouse . The slope <br /> of the lot along the street side provides another natural <br /> barrier. <br /> (Continued) <br />
