Briefly to review, <br /> the plat is a lot line rearrangement dividing <br /> a single lot with two permanent residences. As <br /> required by Council, the applicant has acquired <br /> the vacant lot to the south giving Lot 2 a total <br /> area of 20,583 sq. ft. <br /> Staff recommends final approval of the attached <br /> resolution. All fees and requirements have been <br /> met. <br /> Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 <br /> Mayor Van rdest moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #1131 <br /> Resolution #1131, A Resolution Approving The Plat Taylors Two <br /> Of Taylors Two, A Lot Line Rearrangement For <br /> William Taylor, 2227-2229 Shadywood Road. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> request of David Butler, 4685 North Shore Drive, 4685 North ,Shore Drive <br /> for a conditional use permit, dated April 10 , 1980 , #537 <br /> which states: David Butler <br /> Mr. Butler' s application to build a driveway down <br /> a long platted, undeveloped alley to Rest Point <br /> Road was heard by the Council on March 12, 1980 <br /> and tabled for more review, principally because of <br /> questions concerning the existing parking and , <br /> access along County Road 19 . <br /> Mr. Butler has never had any �riveway permit from <br /> Hennepin County for County Road 19. The attached <br /> letter from David Zetterstrom states the County <br /> will issue one permit for the existing western <br /> driveway provided the easterly driveway and parking <br /> area are closed and restored. This is identical <br /> with the City staff ' s recommendation of March 7, <br /> 1980. <br /> In addition, a more indepth review of our own <br /> ordinances provided two sections which prohibit <br /> the parking as it exists along the right of way <br /> of County Road 19. <br /> (Continued) <br />
