The chairman, <br /> Mr. Beal, stated that they do not intend to go <br /> . with their original plan requiring� setback variances <br /> for the dock. <br /> Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1133* <br /> #1133, A Resolution Directing Staff To Issue A Foxhill Association <br /> Joint Use Dock License To Foxhill Homeowner' s 1980 License <br /> Association Subject To Conditions Noted Herein <br /> For The Period Of January l, 1980 To December 31, <br /> 1980.
