Items 7 & 16 seem to me to be the most significant differences. If these changes are acceptable, or are further changed with McCleary' s agreement, the Mayor and Mr. Benson should sign the agreeme�t, and thereafter, approve the dock license. If these changes are not acceptable , the Council should table the dock license. Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the Stubbs Bay Rezoning Agreement, as amended. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record FOYHILL ASSOCIATION* the following concerning the Foxhill Association 1980 Dock License joint use dock licenses, dated April 7 , 1980, which states: Staff recommends approval of the 1980 joint use dock license as the Homeowner' s Association will comply with the necessary setbacks and construct 13 slips • as approved in the 1979 license. The chairman, Mr. Beal, stated that they do not intend to go . with their original plan requiring� setback variances for the dock. Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1133* #1133, A Resolution Directing Staff To Issue A Foxhill Association Joint Use Dock License To Foxhill Homeowner' s 1980 License Association Subject To Conditions Noted Herein For The Period Of January l, 1980 To December 31, 1980. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
