Eastman - 2565 North Shore Drive <br /> Ed Callahan - 2545 North Shore Drive <br /> Sam Marfield - 2455 Scotch Pine Lane <br /> G. F. Rovegno - 2010 Shoreline Drive <br /> Glenn Cook, City Engineer, discussed the project <br /> and with visual aid, explained layouts of the <br /> proposed municipal sewer extensions. Mr. Cook � <br /> explained that it appears that the average <br /> assessment would be $12 , 800 per home on the high <br /> side and $11, 000 per home on the low side, plus an <br /> average $1, 000 connection charge. These are � <br /> all estimates and are subject to change. <br /> Mayor Van Nest commented that the installation <br /> will create some inconvenience until restoration <br /> is complete. Our adopted MUSA line determines <br /> designated urban and rural areas. If this project <br /> is delayed, we will have to go back to the MWCC to <br /> request this area to be included in the 2�4USA. <br /> O�tions to installing municipal sweres are: <br /> l. Repair existing problem if possible <br /> 2. Reduce the project in size to include homes <br /> that only have sewer problems <br /> ' 3. Install holding tanks which are very expensive <br /> to maintain <br /> 4.
