Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> The following letter was received from Herbert COUNTY STATE AID <br /> O. Klossner, Director, Hennepin County Department Ring Route <br /> of Transportation to Mr. C. E. Weichselbaum, <br /> District State Aid Engineer, Minnesota Department <br /> of Transportation, dated February 11, 1980 , which <br /> states: <br /> "In June 1979, the Hennepin County Department of <br /> Transportation entered into agreement number <br /> PW14-08-79 with the City of Orono for construction <br /> of a segment of roadway which connects CSAH 6/ <br /> Watertown Road to CSAH 19/84. This project was <br /> designed and administered by the City of Orono <br /> thru a consultant. <br /> Hennepin County requests encumbrance of County <br /> State Aid Construction Account funds to support <br /> our participating costs on this project. The <br /> last available estimates we have show the Hennepin <br /> County share as Construction = $114 , 640 and <br /> Right of Way = $10 , 000. <br /> Due to a critical shortage of County property tax <br /> funds for highway construction, we programmed <br /> this project using County State Aid Construction <br /> Funds. Please make the encumbrance from the <br /> Hennepin County State Aid Construction Account <br /> for our participatina amount in this project. " <br /> End of letter <br />
