• Tiered Retaining Walis. The walls at the Southeast and North corner of the house appear to require an <br /> engineered design. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the <br /> higher wall. Walls 4' or taller required engineered plans. Please submit engineered plans for the tiered walls for <br /> our engineer to review. <br /> • Grading. The approved building permit survey dated 12-27-13 proposed grading which directed water away <br /> from the property to the North. A land alteration permit was issued on 11-18-14 which proposed a berm <br /> between the house and Linden Lane and also modified the grading to north, continuing to direct water away <br /> from the property to the North. The as-built survey and site visit revealed the topography on the north side of <br /> the property is currently directing water directly to the property to the North. The topography must be changed <br /> to the approved grading plan dated 11-18-14 or modified to keep water from draining onto the property to the <br /> North. Make the necessary changes to the property and submit an updated as-built survey showing the changes <br /> for our review. <br /> We continue to hold a$10,000 escrow. Once the above items have been submitted,corrected and approved we will <br /> refund the escrow money.
